My Bio

I have been a professional musician for 15 years. I have played on several international tours and have recorded in New York, Los Angeles, Singapore and Bangkok. In 1999 I decided to stay in the Philadelphia area and focus my attention on teaching and the recording of a solo album.

I have studied privately with several acclaimed musicians associated with prestigious music schools. My private instruction with these teachers formed my musical foundation and continues to be the guide for me as I, in turn, have been given the opportunity to instruct others.

Education

Tom Lawton

Tom is currently the head of the piano jazz department at Temple University. He is considered one of the best pianists in the tri-state area and has played with David Murray, David Amram, and Al Stouffer. Tom was also a finalist in the 1998 Martial Solal Jazz Piano Competition in Paris, France.

Rich Genovese

Long-time instructor at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, Rich is also a part-time member of the Philadelphia Orchestra and full-time member of the Forrest Theater Orchestra. He is a graduate of the prestigious Curtis Institute Of Music and is also a very successful recording artist.

Don Lawrence

Acclaimed New York City singer and graduate of the Julliard School of Music, Don is one of the most sought after vocal instructors in the world. He has worked with, among others, Jon Bon Jovi, Bono, and Christina Aguilera.
